We are a team of sport person of sport person who design, build, and race electric vehicles. EV racing teams can be found at all levels of competition: from school and professional teams that compete in national and international, to AI self-driving unmanned vehicles championship.
Massimo Galli, FounderThe Race Engineer profession requires a wide, in-depth knowledge of all the technical areas which are fundamental to racing car design, development and manufacture. Industry players are accelerating the speed of automotive technology innovation as they develop new concepts of electric, connected, autonomous, and shared mobility. The industry has attracted more than $400 billion in investments over the last decade—with about $100 billion of that coming since the beginning of 2020. All this money targets companies and start-ups working on electrifying mobility, connecting vehicles, and autonomous driving technology. Such technology innovations will help reduce EV costs and make electric shared mobility a real alternative to owning a car. Electrification will play an important role in the transformation of the mobility industry and presents major opportunities in all vehicle segments, although the pace and extent of change will differ. To ensure the fast, widespread adoption of electric mobility, launching new EVs in the market is an important first step. In addition, the entire mobility ecosystem must work to make the transformation successful, from EV manufacturers and suppliers to financers, dealers, energy providers, and charging station operators.
The world of the car racing, explore the passion, and dedication that make it such an incredible sport to watch and be a part of.
The world of car racing is a thrilling one, where speed, precision, and skill combine to create an adrenaline-fueled experience like no other. From the sound of the car (yes EV's have sound too :-)) to the precision of the pit stops, every aspect of the race is carefully planned and executed with a level of expertise that only comes from years of experience. But what is it that drives these teams to push themselves to the limit, and what does it take to be a part of this exciting world. car racing teams are known for their passion and dedication to the sport. Every member of the team, from the drivers to the mechanics, is committed to achieving success on the track. The drivers, in particular, are some of the most passionate and skilled in the world. They spend countless hours training and practising, honing their skills and perfecting their technique. But it’s not just the drivers who are passionate about the sport. The entire team is committed to achieving success, and they work tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the race is planned and executed to perfection. From the engineers who design and build the cars to the pit crew who perform lightning-fast tire changes, every member of the team is essential to the team’s success.
Besides that, they are also responsible for double-checking their vehicle and ensuring that everything is ready for the competition. That includes communicating and providing feedback to the race team’s engineers and mechanics so that they can improve the vehicle even further.
Generally speaking, a race engineer works in the garage, making calculations and tweaking the vehicle’s major systems. In doing so, the engineer’s goal is to maximise the performance of those systems and the race vehicle as a whole. The exact number will differ for each specific type of motorsport.
A motorsports team’s mechanic’s role is much broader in scope. Generally speaking, a race mechanic’s job is to prepare the vehicle to race, including many different tasks. For instance, it might mean inspecting and ensuring that all mechanical components are in good working order.
Software engineer defines, and delivers next generation IT software solutions. Using both innovative cloud-based infrastructure and software development standards, these solutions enable interactions between Race teams members.
While a team might have leaders at various levels of the hierarchy (e.g. supervisors, Head Mechanics/Engineers/Technicians, etc.), what we’re talking about here is the leader of the entire motorsports race team. The Team Manager is responsible for the ‘big picture’. That means ensuring that all parts of the team are working with each other efficiently while also ensuring that the team has everything it needs to succeed in a race.
A marketing communications manager, or a MarCom manager, is a senior specialist who develops, plans and executes traditional and digital campaigns to promote products and services. Each day, they create strategies for attracting new customers and retaining existing ones, through which they help maintain or increase a brand's reputation and revenue.
